You’ve got 7 days after delivery to raise a return/exchange request.
No overthinking. No dramatic breakup speech needed.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

We accept returns/exchanges if:

  • Your order arrived damaged 💔
  • You received the wrong item 🤡
  • There’s a genuine quality issue
  • The size fit betrayed you emotionally

WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED?

We sadly can’t accept:

  • Worn/washed items
  • Custom or hand-painted pieces made specially for you 🎨
  • “I wore it once for a reel” situations
  • Products without tags/packaging

EXCHANGE > REFUND ENERGY

We love giving second chances.
So exchanges are usually faster than refunds ⚡

REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return passes the vibe check:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount goes back to your original payment method
