We reserve the right to refuse service if something feels suspicious, abusive, or unfair.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Most of our pieces are handmade, hand-painted, customized, or created in small batches 🎨
Which means:

• Slight variations may happen
• Colors may look a little different IRL because screens love lying
• Every piece may not be 100% identical

3. CUSTOM ORDERS = FINAL SALE

Customized/hand-painted/personalized orders are made specially for you and therefore:

• Cannot be cancelled once production starts
• Are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect

Please double-check spellings, sizes, and customization details before placing your order.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

We may update prices, product availability, or offers anytime without warning because inflation is scary.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. SHIPPING STUFF 📦

Delivery timelines are estimates, not promises written by destiny.
Delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Weather
• Festivals
• Strikes
• Alien invasions

…are unfortunately outside our control.

But we’ll always try to help you track your order.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

By purchasing from us, you also agree to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. COPYRIGHT & DESIGN OWNERSHIP

All artwork, product designs, photos, logos, videos, content, and branding belong to MODERN LOOM

Please don’t:

• Copy our designs
• Resell our artwork
• Use our content without permission
• Screenshot and send to manufacturers 👀

8. USER CONTENT

If you tag us, DM us, or share photos wearing/using our products, you give us permission to repost them on our social media/website unless you specifically ask us not to.

9. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions to fabrics/materials
• Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
• Packages marked delivered by courier partners
• Emotional attachment to sold-out products

Continued use of the website means you accept the updated version.
